Scouts go Bowling

It was time to break out the black and red clown shoes and head down to the Pavilion with the troop. We took a break from our usual meeting activities this week with a spot of ten pin bowling. Well two games in fact.

The scouts took one lane while the leaders took the other as battle commenced. There were some interesting techniques on display, with some calls of foul play as the Scouts decided they should have use of the bumpers.

We gave the crowd a fine display of strikes, spares, splits and gutter balls. Frankly if the truth be told, far too many of the latter to admit to. But we had an excellent time, with the Scouts showing they have real bowling prowess.
